About Still Becoming
With over 30 years of experience as a registered nurse in both mental health and medical care, I bring a unique blend of clinical expertise and a deep, intuitive understanding of the human experience.
Combining knowledge, empathy and real world insight, together we will create realistic strategies and concrete, yet gentle goals to provide relief for:
Sleep disruptions - brain fog - weight gain - fatigue - stress - feeling overwhelmed - lack of movement and activity - dealing with new or chronic health issues - unhealthy coping mechanisms - body image struggles - feeling disconnected - low libido and your relationships - and just feeling stuck.

Initial Assessment
We begin with a thorough health and general wellness assessment to understand your unique needs and goals. This personalized evaluation allows us to craft a tailored plan that aligns with your aspirations for health and wellness. All visits are done virtually or via phone call.
Coaching Sessions
Through our sessions we will set goals and create strategies together, evaluating what is realistic for your lifestyle. We'll dive into any areas impacting your overall wellness - nutrition - exercise - work/life balance - relationships - community - health complications. Completely individualized for your needs.

Free 20 minute discovery call. A relaxed, no pressure conversation to see if this feels like the right fit. For anyone who prefers written contact instead, we can share an email or text conversation.

Initial 60 minute health evaluation, where we will begin creating your overall plan with goals and strategies. ​

6 - 45 minute follow up sessions over 3 months.
​

One 60 minute conclusion session with a customized long term maintenance plan.​
​

Unlimited email access during your 3 month program for any questions or concerns that arise between sessions.

One additional long term follow up session after 6 months. Check in to share progress or get a boost of support for life's inevitable changes.

What is health coaching? (and what it isn't)
What coaching is: Health coaching is a supportive, collaborative process that helps you improve your physical and mental well-being in a way that feels realistic and sustainable. Together we focus on your goals, habits, and lifestyle - creating a path forward that aligns with where you are and who you want to become.​
What coaching is not: While I am a registered nurse and bring decades of clinical experience to my work, health coaching is not medical care or therapy. I do not diagnose or treat medical or mental health conditions. I do not prescribe medications, detailed meal plans or specific exercise routines. I cannot provide medical advice. Coaching is not a substitute for working with your physician, therapist or licensed health care providers. I do, however, encourage collaboration and help you gain confidence in advocating for yourself with your medical providers. ​​
